Working for this franchised motor dealership in central York, you will manage budgets, monitor D.O.C.’s, recruit and develop staff, liaise with franchise representatives, control warranty, manage costs, attend management meetings, promote/market the service department, resolve complaints, identify/effect cost savings and be responsible for Health and Safety. It is essential for the suitable candidate to be a fully experienced Vehicle Service Manager within a franchised motor dealership. Being customer orientated is also highly desirable. The successful candidate will be flexible, dynamic, focussed and hold a full, current driving licence.
