In this position you will manage budgets, monitor D.O.C.’s, recruit and develop staff, liaise with franchise representatives, control warranty, manage costs, attend management meetings, promote/market the service department, resolve complaints, identify/effect cost savings and be responsible for Health and Safety as well as overseeing the Parts department. It is essential for the suitable candidate to a fully experienced Aftersales Manager coming from a franchised motor dealership and have an understanding of parts, accounts, dealer standards, CSI and marketing. The successful candidate will be organised, driven, customer focussed, able to work under pressure and hold a full, current driving licence.
