In this role you will take incoming calls from clients, identify/log customer requirements/work required onto company database, maintain company website, keep customers updated with vehicle progress and work to company deadlines. It is essential for the suitable candidate to have previous experience as a Service Advisor with a good technical understanding and come from a franchised motor dealership background. The successful candidate will be organised, pay attention to detail and hold a full, current driving licence.

This is a technical call centre and as a Technical Advisor, you will raise cases system, qualify vehicle problems and provide technical guidance/assistance to dealership technicians to repair faults. It is essential for the suitable candidate to be a franchised motor dealership trained Vehicle Technician preferably to diagnostic level. Bi lingual or multi lingual in European languages are also essential. The successful candidate will be technically minded, prepared to go on courses and happy being on the phone all day.
