If you prefer we can advertise on your behalf, pre interview and profile candidates, right
down to short listing. This format still gives you control, retains the company profile
but saves you time.
How do we operate?
We are constantly receiving enquiries from individuals looking for a career change or a
new career in our industry; these include people from valeter’s to senior managers from all
departments. Whatever their approach and reasons for doing so, every serious applicant completes
our standard application form and is interviewed at length. This process allows us to more
accurately match the needs of companies and applicants, avoiding wasted time and false hope for both
parties. We will always give an honest overview of each candidate.
We will let you see outline details of any candidate that may appear suitable, in
order for you to decide if you would like to interview. If so, we will contact the
candidate and outline your opportunity and requirements to him/her. If both parties are willing
we will arrange the interview, the rest is up to you.
In order to perform a professional service, we like to meet all our clients so as to understand who you are, how you work and what your particular needs are. Only when we understand who you are can we brief potential candidates properly.
When should you register a vacancy?
As soon as you become aware that you may need someone. Obviously it takes time to select
staff and ideally you'll likely prefer a handover period. If we have no one suitable then
we will tell you; if we have, then we solve your problem and save the cost of an advert.
