Black Friday deals seem to be all over the place at the moment with dealers getting in on the act as well. Why do we always have to follow the U.S.? At Ingenia we are a bit old fashioned so instead of doing ‘special deals’ we are offering the same high level of professionalism that we always offer. We will interview all our candidates, be open and honest with candidates and clients and deliver the highest level of customer service we can. If that’s not enough then if anyone wants to come in for an interview on Friday, we will provide an extra special cup of tea or coffee. How’s that for a deal?

Over the past week the so called ‘clown craze’ has swept across the UK from (as usual) America scaring children and adults alike. They hide in the shadows and jump out at people but what we were wondering is if any of these crazy clowns are just bodyshop productives in disguise and looking for new jobs. If any of you run into one, please don’t hesitate to ask if they are motor trade staff and if yes don’t be afraid to send them our way.
As everyone knows we were giving away lottery tickets to people who came for an interview with us last month but unfortunately we didn’t produce any winners so for now it looks like everyone will have to continue working and for the individuals who got the lottery tickets we’ll do everything we can to help you. Speaking of last month, we got unprecedented demand for good quality staff so now that the mad month of September has gone why not give us a call so we can find you fresh career options.
The past day or two has been all about the fiasco surrounding big Sam and it seems like a football managers life is more perilous than a sales managers. After only 67 days in charge of England football Sam Allardyce has resigned with a £1 million pay out due to his faux pas, I wonder how many dealerships would pay their managers to leave the business. While Sam starts looking for a new job, here at Ingenia would like to know if you can trump him, what is your shortest stint in a job?
Just over a week to go till the end of the month and some franchises seem to be having a tough time in the North East, so no doubt the pressures on to reach those magical targets. Best of luck to everybody.
