Service Manager required for an established franchised dealership. In this position you will be responsible for running all of the service department including service reception, workshop control and the workshop itself. It will be your job to drive profitability and CSI through the effective management of your team. You need a full understanding of accounts, dealer standards, health and safety, CSI, etc. You will need to be organised, resilient, driven and self-motivated. A full licence is of course essential.
