Car Buyers More Likely To Visit Dealerships

Research carried out by CitNOW shows that it is more likely for car buyers to visit dealerships. 55% will hit the forecourt during the car buying journey.

The result out of 1,000 surveyed drivers showed that over the age off 55, 69% most likely to go to a dealership and 35-44 year olds, 45%, are the least likely age group to visit a showroom before buying.

More than 1 in 10 buyers are expected to buy a car there and then when visiting a retailer, meaning emphasis on customer engagement could be beneficial. Especially to those who aren’t as likely to visit a dealership.
