Aftersales Manager in Darlington – FT6595 Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee/manage the service and parts departments, develop budgets, monitor profits, plan and implement improvements and review daily DOC’s, manage staff, handle customer complaints and market the department.

You must have:

• Previous service manager experience.
• Be IT literate.
• Must have implemented systems and processes.

An understanding of parts and multi franchised experience is preferred.
