HGV Technician in Gateshead – FT6462 Full Time

Here we have a great opportunity for a fully experienced HGV Technician, or a Vehicle Technician who would like the opportunity to progress their career and work on trucks, but you must be willing to train.

Required for this franchised commercial vehicle dealership, you will:

  • PDI new vehicles.
  • Service.
  • Carry out used vehicle inspections.
  • Prepare vehicles for testing.
  • Recondition/diagnose/repair a range of faults.

To be considered for this position, you must be a fully experienced Vehicle Technician who is qualified to NVQ Level 3.

Being an experienced HGV Technician and having a Class 1 licence will help with your application.

Personal qualities include being:

  • Technically minded.
  • Organised.
  • A team player.
  • Flexible.

A full current driving licence is essential.
