Motor Vehicle Technician in Durham – FT6727 Full Time

A long-established logistics company is looking for an experienced motor vehicle technician.  As the ideal candidate, you will be required to perform the service and repairs work for in house vehicle and external customers.

The job will involve:

• Full vehicle technician role.
• General repairs and service for own commercial vehicle.
• General repairs and service for external customer.
• Building up new company/workshop
• Must be good in diagnostics.
• Time served technician.

Being qualified to NVQ Level 3, with previous experience in a busy workshop and a broad range of vehicles is preferred.

Either way, you will need to be:

• A team player
• Willing to pass on knowledge.
• Flexible
• Work in small team.
• Self-Motivated

A full current driving license is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 – 45 hours (Completely Flexible)

Wages:  £30,000 to £36,000 DOE (O.T. rate 1.5)
