Service Advisor in Darlington – FT6480 Full Time

Our client is currently looking to recruit a fully experienced motor dealer Service Advisor to join their team in the Darlington area.

Required for this franchised motor dealership, you will:

• Handle customer enquiries.
• Book customers in.
• Arrange collections/deliveries.
• Produce job cards.
• See customers in.
• Obtain fleet authorisations.
• Price up and sell additional work.
• Keep customers informed of progress/delays.
• Invoice.
• Handle payments.
• Hand over vehicles.

Applicants must be IT literate and have excellent communication skills to be considered for this position.

Being accredited by a brand and having a good technical understanding is highly desirable, but not essential.

• Organised.
• Calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated.
