Fully experienced motor dealer Service Advisor required for a franchised dealership. You will handle customer enquiries, book customers in, arrange collections/deliveries, produce job cards, see customers in, obtain fleet authorisations, price up and sell additional work, keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice, handle payments and handover vehicles. Our client is looking for someone who is IT literate, has good communication skills and comfortable on the telephone. Having experience of service follow-ups and tele sales is preferred but not essential.
