We currently have a position available for a dealer Service Advisor who will book in customers, price up and sell additional work, invoice/handle payments, prepare/submit warranty claims and handle claim rejection queries. Preference will be given to those with Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership. Good IT and admin skills are essential. Experience of processing motor dealer warranty claims will help with your application but is not essential.
