Service Manager in Newcastle – FT6769 Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee/manage the service department, plan and implement improvements, manage staff, and handle customer complaints for this independent specialist workshop.

You must have:

• Previous service manager experience in franchise dealership is preferred.
• Strong Leadership.
• Front of house experience.
• Great customer service.
• Monitoring cost
• Be IT literate.
• Monitor quality control.
• Must be able to train and coach staff.
• Assist with workshop job allocation.

An understanding of parts and multi franchised experience is preferred.
