Are you a fully experienced motor dealer Service Manager who has a full understanding of VHC process. In this job you will manage budgets, monitor D.O.C.’s, recruit and develop staff, liaise with franchise representatives, control warranty, manage costs, resolve complaints and be responsible for Health and Safety. To be successful in this role you must be IT literate and have excellent communication skills. Having Kerridge/ADP experience is preferable but not essential.
