Service/Parts Advisor in Morpeth – FT6700 Full Time

Are you a fully experienced Motor Vehicle Service Advisor and Parts Advisor? Are you looking for a move? If so, here is a great opportunity for you.

A fully experienced Service Advisor and Parts Advisor is required for a franchised motor dealership.  You will be required to:

• handle customer enquiries.
• book customers in.
• arrange collections/deliveries.
• produce job cards.
• price up and sell additional work.
• keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.
• Have experience in sourcing parts.

Having performed in the role previously is essential and a full driving licence is required.
