Service Telemarketer in South Tyneside – FT6355 Full Time

Our client is looking to recruit a Service Telemarketer to join their team in South Tyneside. If you have motor dealer Service Advisor or Car Sales experience, this is a great opportunity for you.

As a Service Telemarketer in this franchised motor dealership, you will:

• Identify customers with services/MOTs due/overdue.
• Contact customers to book them in.
• Identify/resolve complaints.
• Liaise with Parts/Service Managers to resolve disputes.
• Sell additional work to customers.
• Sell service plans.
• Provide back-up cover on service reception.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills to be considered for this job. Having Telesales experience will also help with your application.
