Meet the Team
Having started as an Apprentice in 2002, I ran all aspects of the Administration for the business, then in 2010 with the introduction of Anna into the team, I progressed into a Marketing Assistant role which allowed me to take control of all the social media and mailouts. I am now currently a Recruitment Assistant so for most people contacting us especially via email or Job Alert I would be your first point of contact, I also carry our searches for both candidates and companies.
Lewis has joined the company as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Apprentice and is in charge marketing the company online. Duties include creating and posting content to all of the social media accounts that represent the company, making sure the website is filled with up to date and relevant content, and completing a small amount of Business Administration tasks.
Mark Askew who has over 35 years’ experience working in local motor dealerships as well as training and development, will be working as a consultant to help us develop the services of both Ingenia and recently launched North East Motor Trade Apprenticeships. Having worked at both operation and Director level, Mark has a wealth of knowledge and experience of interviewing, recruiting and training/coaching people, from Apprentices with no experience to Senior Managers who have years of experience.
