As a Service Controller your job will be to co-ordinate the workload of a team of mobile Service Engineers. You will take inbound calls from customers, prioritise jobs, review engineer workloads arrange repairs, organise parts where required and liaise with customers and engineers throughout the repair process. It will also be your job to handle complaints and a range of general queries. Applicants will have to have excellent communication skills, good geographic knowledge, be IT literate and have good literacy and numeracy skills. Does this sound like you?
